Warranty Information

5-YEAR PARTS WARRANTY:   We will warranty all sign components for 5 years from the date of installation.  This includes, but not limited to – power supply, receiving cards, antennae, color panels, cabling, cooling fans, and anything related to sign construction and mounting.  We do not warranty anything related to supplying power to the sign.  (Please note, we exclude ‘Acts of God’ type events – like tornados or lighting strike – your insurance will likely cover these incidents).   

 

1-YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY – We will provide all service work for your sign for one year from date of installation.  This includes all components in the sign but excludes electrical connectivity to the sign.  

 

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: From the beginning, you will have a dedicated contact that will manage everything from permitting to installation to service or technical support.  Start to finish and beyond – we will be there to ensure you succeed.  

 

DIGITAL ADS: We will provide you with your initial 3 ads and train your staff on how to use the sign software.  If you would like us to help you manage your ad campaigns, we can do so for a nominal monthly fee.  We do not require any contracts, so you can cancel any time. 

 

OTHER USES: In addition to communicating great offers and sales, we suggest you use your digital sign to promote local community events, awards, staff, customers, hiring needs, etc.  Do not use it to display time or temperature.

 

OTHER SERVICES: We can also provide updated sign toppers, back-lit channel lettering and monument work should you desire to update any of your signage.  

 

6-MONTHS NO PAYMENT FINANCING: We offer third party financing for qualified buyers.  Your first payment is due 6 months from the date of installation.

COLOR, CLARITY, CONTENT: While our focus is on you, our customer, and growing your sales; you should know not all signs are created equal.  Our 3-in-1 bulb technology allows us to provide a borderless 10mm pixel display (32,768 pixels to be exact) for a high definition image.  Our competitors sell a 16mm (12,800 pixels for an equivalent size sign) for around the same price.  Our bulb technology is the difference for displaying the clearest, most effective ads – all at a factory direct price.

TIMELINE: When you are ready to grow your sales, here is what you can expect:

• Complete Formal Proposal. Authorize and place 50% deposit.

  • Check or Credit Card – If you use our financing, no deposit is required.

• Review Project Timeline with Dedicated Support Person

  • We assign a dedicated person to work with you from start to finish.

• Finish project drafts for permitting

• Review Installation Timeline

• Ad creation and refinement

• Complete Installation

• Ad management for 3 months.
