Troubleshooting FAQs

And Other Important Details

If your whole sign is blank, a section is blank, or the playlist freezes on one slide or stops playing– Power cycle the sign by turning the sign off, leave it off for at least 60 seconds, and then power the sign back on.

If you are not seeing the controller online in the program or are unable to send a playlist – 1) Be sure you are connected to the correct WIFI. *Note that most signs WIFI will end in LED. If the laptop is connected, it should display either connected, secured or no internet, secured. 2) Power cycle the sign by turning the sign off, leave it off for at least 60 seconds, and then power the sign back on.

 

Unable to find the correct WIFI for connection – Power cycle the sign and laptop by turning them off, leave them off for at least 60 seconds, and then power them back on.

 

If the sign has any discoloration or a module is out, please take a picture and contact us at the number below.
